Should a new lockdown happen shortly before your vacation and the Austrian Government orders a travel ban, we are not allowed to keep your deposit nor charge you cancellation fees, which means in this case the deposit payed already will be payed back and that absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES be charged!
If the travel ban is be lifted after a lockdown - before your arrival - then the normal cancellation terms come in to effect again. The Europäische Reiseversicherung (travel insurance) also offers insurance on COVID-19 infection.
Due to the current situation, we have decided to change our cancellation conditions for the winter season 2020/2021
Therefore, for the winter 2020/2021 a free cancellation will be possible up to 1 month before your arrival. A cancellation must be made in writing, only then is a cancellation valid.
NEW CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
(for direct bookings)
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:(according to Austrian Hotel Regulations)
- 31 days before the arrival date a free cancellation is possible
- from 30 days to 8 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
- from 7 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
- in case of now show, late arrival or early departure we charge the total booked package price
At the moment you can make your bookings for winter 2020/2021.

Please note the following: (subject zu changes)
- stay at least 1 meter away from other people
- avoid shaking hands and hugs
- washing of hands several times a day
- Sneezing or coughing in the crook of the arm or handkerchief
- do not travel if there are signs of illness
- at the moment there is no current need of a mask ( subject to changes)
- you are welcome to use your own mask in all our areas (ecxept paper masks in SPA area)
- please do bring your own masks

Hygiene:
Hygiene has always been our top priority: All areas are thoroughly cleaned every day and cleaned with cleaning agents containing disinfectants in accordance with the current hygiene standards.
Disinfectant dispenser: As you cannot wash your hands everywhere, use our disinfectant dispenser at the entrance.
